A website is a big undertaking and like most clients, you probably have lots of questions. And you should.  Here’s a list of the most common questions we get.  Of course if you have any other questions, just give us a shout!

[su_spoiler title=”Why should I read FAQ’s”]Well, reading FAQ’s gives you information. And information is knowledge. When choosing a company to build your website, you want to make an informed decision. Don’t base your decision simply on price. Or because your mother made you hire your brother-in-law. Make your decision based on what the company does.

  • Do they have a proven track record?
  • How long have they been in business?
  • Can they effectively represent my company?
  • Can you afford to hire them?
  • Can you afford not to?

[su_spoiler title=”Do you host as well?”]Of course. We can help you maneuver through cyberspace from securing your URL and uploading your files to hosting and performing maintenance as the need arises. The advantage – 1 phone call![/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”How long does it take?”]Another good question. A lot depends on the size of your site, how much information you can provide vs. what we have to create, and the complexity of the design. But basically, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Do you offer a fast web design service?”]Yes we do. Many times we are asked to fix broken sites, get php code working, setup merchant accounts and so on. Clients who are in a rush and need things done asap should contact us and provide as much details about the problems. If you are on a tight schedule or a deadline then please let us know.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”How much will it cost?”]Hmmm. Well, that depends on how much work we have to do. Some people just want a brochure type of site…something that says the company name and phone number, maybe an email link. That’s fairly simple and will cost much less than say…an online store. We are happy to talk to you about what you want, your budget, and how to get the most bang for the buck.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”What about changes to the site?”]We expect there to be changes…how could there not be? And we encourage change — it keeps your site fresh, and gives your visitors reasons to keep coming back. We have several maintenance packages to choose from.
